[ Data processing purpose and legal grounds ] Your personal data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of Solaris, including in order to answer the message you sent (legal basis - Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). The legitimate interest pursued by Solaris is to conduct communication, including the transfer of answers to the question sent, administrative and organizational goals as well as direct marketing.

[ Your rights ] [ The right to object ] In cases and on the terms set out in the provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access your data, rectify them, delete, limit processing, and the right to transfer data. Regardless of the above, you also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

To the extent that Solaris processes your data in a legitimate interest pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR is entitled to object to the processing of personal data.

[ Conditions for data processing ] Data delivery is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of answering your message.

[ Categories of recipients ] Your data can be transferred:

- depending on the content of the message sent to individual employees of the company or to daughters from the Solaris group;

- external service providers (including IT service providers);

- entities authorized to receive them on the basis of legal provisions.

[ Transferring data to other countries ] Your personal data may be transferred to entities from the Solaris group or entities cooperating with Solaris, located in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the Republic of India, Ukraine, Switzerland and Israel. In the event that these countries do not provide an adequate degree of data protection, Solaris will take appropriate steps to guarantee adequate protection of your personal data by implementing standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or using other solutions. Copies of the instruments used will be available for inspection.

[ Data storage ] Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to respond to your message, and then for archival purposes until any claims are limited.

[ No profiling ] Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, i.e. decisions on your matters will not be made solely on the basis of automated processing of personal data.

[ Data security ] Solaris takes all justified steps to provide adequate security measures to protect your personal data. Security measures implemented by Solaris are adequate to the risk of processing personal data and are in line with the IT security framework adopted by Solaris as well as management rules and procedures.
